As a consumer buying online, you have a legal right of withdrawal. This page explains that right and how to cancel an order. It complements our Returns page and our Terms and conditions.

You have the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in several parts, the period starts on the day you receive the last part.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires. You may do so by email at support@fels.nl or by using the model withdrawal form below. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Has your order not been shipped yet and would you like to cancel it? Email us as soon as possible at support@fels.nl stating your order number. If the order has not yet left our hands, we will cancel it and refund your payment in full.

If you withdraw from the agreement, we refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before that period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise. You are only liable for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

If you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer, we do not have to refund the additional cost.

You may use the form below if you wish to withdraw from the agreement. Completing it is not required; a clear statement by email is also sufficient.
