Products and sizing
Fels is a Dutch clothing brand. We produce in small runs and focus on garments that fit well and last. Our first products are the Fels.01 t-shirt (only available for crowdfunding investors) and Fels.02 sweatshirt.
Each product page includes a size chart with measurements in centimetres. If you are between two sizes or unsure, take the smaller size for regular fit and the larger size for oversize fit.
Our garments are produced in the Netherlands. The Fels.02, for example, is made in Ede. Details on materials and origin are listed on each product page and on our Transparency and Sustainability page.
Care instructions are printed on the label of each product and shown on the product page. As a rule, washing at a lower temperature and drying in the open air extends the life of your garment.
Orders and payment
Add the items you want to your cart and complete the checkout. After payment you will receive a confirmation by email. If you do not receive a confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us.
You can pay with the methods shown at checkout, including iDEAL, credit card and other options offered by our payment provider. All prices are shown in euros and include VAT.
If your order has not been shipped yet, email us as soon as possible at support@fels.nl and we will try to adjust or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, you can use your right of withdrawal. See our Cancellation policy and Returns page.
Because we produce in small runs, some products sell out. When we restock or release a new product, we announce it by email and on our channels.
Shipping and returns
We ship within the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping is free; delivery times are listed on our Shipping and delivery page.
Orders are usually delivered within two to five business days after shipping.
Yes. You have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. We extend the period to return unworn items to 30 days. See our Returns page for the full conditions and steps.
We refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your return or your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise.
Sustainability and transparency
We produce in small runs, work with materials we can trace as far as possible, and explain the choices behind each product. You can read more on our Sustainability and Transparency pages.
For some materials we work with certified suppliers. Where a certification applies, we state it on the relevant product page.
