Shipping and Delivery

We ship every order with care, and shipping is free. We currently ship to the Netherlands and Belgium only. On this page you will find our processing times, delivery times and how delivery works. Because we produce and ship in small volumes, we choose reliable carriers and keep you informed along the way.
Processing time
We aim to process and hand over your order to the carrier within one to two business days after we receive your payment. During busy periods or limited releases this may take slightly longer. If we expect a delay, we will let you know by email.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value. Delivery times are an
indication and start once your order has been handed to the carrier.

Track and trace
As soon as your order is on its way, you receive a confirmation email with a track and trace link so you can follow your parcel.
Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address you provide at checkout. Please make sure your address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Any additional shipping cost for re-delivery may be charged to you.
Risk
The risk of damage or loss of the products passes to you at the moment the products are delivered to you or to a person you have designated in advance. If you choose your own carrier that we do not offer at checkout, the risk passes to you as soon as we hand the products to that carrier.
