Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product is not right for you, you can return it under the conditions below. This page applies alongside your legal right of withdrawal, which is described on our Cancellation policy page.
Return period
You have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day you receive your order. On top of this legal period, we offer a total return period of 30 days. You may notify us of a return within this period and return the product to us.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, a product must meet the following conditions:
- the product is unworn, unwashed and undamaged;
- the product is complete and returned with all labels and tags still attached;
- the product is returned in or with its original packaging where reasonably possible.
You may inspect and try on a product as you would in a physical shop. If a product shows more wear than needed to assess it, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
How to return
Would you like to return an item? Register your return by sending an email to support@fels.nl with your order number and the item or items you wish to return. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return label with the shipping address. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. The cost of the return shipment is at your own expense.
Return costs
The cost of returning a product is at your own expense, unless we agree otherwise or the product was faulty or sent in error. In those cases we cover the return cost.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we refund your payment within 14 days. We refund the full product amount, including the standard delivery cost of the original order. We use the same payment method you used for the order, unless we agree otherwise with you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have shown that you have returned it.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. This keeps the process clear and helps us manage our small stock.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us at support@fels.nl within a reasonable time. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund and cover the associated shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
